2. Interest form (email registration)

When you submit the "Register interest" form for the NECTICO founding batch, we process the following data: name, email address, selected products, time of submission, and your consent to be contacted.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We use this data only to contact you once before the first batch ships. We do not send a newsletter and do not share your data with third parties for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to info@nectico.co.

3. Storage via Lovable Cloud

Data submitted through the interest form is stored in a database we operate on the Lovable Cloud platform. This service is technically provided by Supabase Inc. with server locations inside the European Union. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place.

4. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

This website uses the Meta Pixel operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. It allows us to understand the behaviour of visitors after they click on a Meta or Instagram ad and are redirected to our site, so ad effectiveness can be evaluated for statistical and market-research purposes.

The data collected includes IP address, browser and device information, and interactions such as page views and submission of the interest form ("Lead" event). The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Transfer to the USA cannot be excluded. For more information see Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. Retention period

Your data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, at most until you withdraw your consent or 24 months after the founding batch has shipped.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
